Prayer.
In John, it’s recorded that JESUS told HIS disciples that they no longer needed HIM to pray for them, but they could pray in HIS name. Anything asked through HIS name, the FATHER would hear.
How amazing is that?!!
We don’t have to go through anyone other than JESUS to get to the FATHER.
And because of the Comforter, the Holy Ghost, JESUS is in us!
Look at how JESUS shows the prayer of the sinner versus the Pharisee. The one revered himself and stated how he deserved good. The sinner fell down and begged for mercy. We are told to beware the eloquent, wordy prayer meant to glorify the person. All the glory belongs to GOD. Humble yourself before HIM.
Further, as far as the ‘good’, when JESUS was called “Good Master” what did HE reply? HE asked why HE was called ‘good’ since none was ‘good’ except GOD the FATHER.
“Keep me lowly” should be our prayer. That we stay humble and not forget where all good is found and from.
Our trials happen to remind us that we are nothing and must rely on the FATHER for everything.
Our trials bring us low so we must look to GOD for help.

HE is the breath in us; without HIM, we don’t exist. HE tells us to pray without ceasing. On our own, that is impossible, but with GOD, all things are possible. HE gives us the breath that returns to HIM in prayer. HE gives us the tears that we shed when our words go silent. Those uncontrollable sobs and groans when we are so borne down make it to the FATHER’s ears and HE knows our hearts without words. HE knows our needs without us asking.
Romans 8:26 KJV – Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered
GOD has purposed everything for HIS sake. Everything in this life is to give glory to the FATHER. Prayer is our sincere desires that we cannot express. It is the simplest form of worship anyone of any age can try.
