My body is shaking
Tremors run throughout
My eyesight is fading
Burning in a drought
My heartbeat is racing
Worried it’ll just give out
My lungs are exploding
Forcing air in n out
My mind is spinning
Hamster wheel in motion
Each nerve is tingling

My ears are ringing
A deafening explosion
Can’t shake this feeling
Too intense emotion

I’m crashing
I’m losing control
Coldness creeps in
Tightens its hold
I need rest
