I’ve always been drawn to Philippians 4:13, but lately it’s taken on a whole new meaning.
I don’t think the intention is that I can do anything, but rather the Lord can do the unimaginable in me.
Paul says he is full yet hungry at the same time. He has famine and plenty…
How can that be?
Because the harvest is great, but the laborers are few.
God does the impossible.
I cannot even begin to describe or express how Christ does all things.
But I know I have been full and joyous reading His Word yet yearning for more and more.
My cup has run over but I can’t stop drinking from His Fountain.
I’m not thirsty nor hungry, but I want more of Him.
It’s impossible.
But through Christ, nothing is impossible.
And that’s it: through Christ. He is the center of everything. Nothing is impossible when we realize HE is. He told Moses “I AM.” The Lord is always, sure and steadfast. He never changes. Everything we do is for HIM. His will is our strength. “I can do all things through Christ” because HIS will comes to pass.
He has made a way.
He gives strength to accomplish His purpose. He never leaves or forsakes His children.
Praise His Holy Name. My God is alive now and forevermore.
